Life and identity

50 of my late relatives were murdered in Auschwitz and Sobibor. My grandmother was a Holocaust survivor, and it’s also been an important part of my life and identity. I have a tattoo on my wrist in Hebrew, and have considered a memorial tattoo on my arm more recently with the incredible and public increase in antisemitism and ignorance.

So many people are not receiving effective Holocaust education, and it’s so important to know what happened and to remember.
